White Cops Will NOT Be Charged in Tamir Rice Case -- Do Black Lives REALLY Matter?!

The latest decision in the Tamir Rice case makes you wonder -- do black lives REALLY matter...at least to certain law officials?

A grand jury declined to indict the white rookie Cleveland officer who shot and killed 12-year-old Tamir Rice -- just TWO SECONDS after confronting him outside a rec center in November of 2014. His partner won't face charges, either.

Prosecutors claim Tamir was drawing what turned out to be a fake gun from his waistband when he was gunned down.

"It is likely that Tamir... either intended to hand it over to the officers or show them it wasn't a real gun," Prosecutor Tim McGinty said. "But there was no way for the officers to know that."

Family members are not surprised by the ruling. But listen to one legal expert who says she is... as she blasts the grand jury's decision.
