Unlike hard liquors and beers, wine is the healthier alternative to drinking alcohol. Obviously, wine is only considered healthy and will provide medical benefits if drunk in moderation. A glass or two at night can calm your nerves and with that comes relaxation and a good night's rest. Recall how many of you say that wine makes you sleepy? Rejoice in it. Let that wine mellow you out and rest. Overtime you'll see that the wine helped you keep calm after some of the worst of days, and helped you get a full night's rest when nothing else would.
Sometimes those break ups, those fights with friends and family, being yelled at by your boss, coming up short on a deadline, it all gets to so. So go ahead and indulge in a glass of wine of a bottle of wine. Wine Wednesdays were a personal tradition that kept me going through the worst weeks!
