Woman Makes PowerPoint To Score Dates On Tinder

Dating isn’t the easiest thing to do, and with all the dating sites and apps out there, it’s gotten even worse - especially when it comes to Tinder. People are expected to make connections based upon a handful of photos and a quick blurb. When said decision is made, then it’s up to the person to swipe right or left depending on whether they want to see where things go.

While simple on the surface, it can be time consuming when your goal is to actually meet someone interesting. So that is why one student from the University of Kansas decided to jazz up her Tinder profile the best way a student can - by making it an eye-catching PowerPoint presentation!

Grace M. wasn’t having any luck with Tinder. At least that’s what she told The Daily Dot, adding, “My profile was pretty boring because I was taking it too seriously and didn’t want to look 'weird.’ I never really felt confident about my profile before, so I think it stopped me from standing out.”

After a friend showed her a guy’s PowerPoint on another site, she decided to give it a try and spent some time coming up with a kick ass way to present herself to the plethora of single men within her Tinder radius. After her slides were ready to post, she added them and rightfully titled the presentation: “Why You Should Date Me By Grace M.”

Considering herself a rather hilarious person, she knew that was the direction to take when crafting her new profile, and so far she says it's fared way better than with the basic one she had before. As she put it, "He may not have swiped right if I’d had a 'generic' profile, so I’m really grateful for those connections."

This goes to show that it is not always about putting that booty in the spotlight when it comes to profile pics on those apps. Sometimes all you have to do to catch a man's attention is stand out from the crowd, and it never hurts to make them laugh their ass off in the process.
