Women Slams Popeyes With Lawsuit After Eating A Meal With A Side Of Flesh Eating Worms!

Say it ain't so Popeyes! A woman is suing because she ate flesh-eating screwworms mixed in with the restaurant’s rice and beans.  

Karen Goode claims that, after eating the side dish at a Popeyes in San Antonio, she ingested the worms which laid eggs inside her. Well those babies hatched and reportedly ate her flesh from the inside out, making her incredibly sick. So sick that her lawyers say that Karen couldn’t work and she even lost her business. Disgusting to even think about!

In the lawsuit, Karen states she was "ravaged by E.coli and Helicobacter Pylori bacteria infection, infestation of flesh eating screwworms into her body, injury to her neck, digestive track, shoulders and arm." For her suffering, she wants $1 MILLION in damages from the food chain!

The lawsuit was officially filed on February 7, 2016 though it wasn’t mentioned what day this happened or if the incident was reported to the local health department. Of course, Popeyes is silent, with a rep saying the company couldn’t comment on pending cases.
