Secure The Bag! Women Uses Her Mugshot To Promote Her Hair Braiding Business!

The best thing about Black folks is that we know how to turn a bad situation into something good! 

Case in point: A young woman from North Carolina, whose mugshot was recently broadcast online, somehow turned that picture of herself into a money-making opportunity! Let us explain. 

So it all started when Mecklenburg County police arrested Shia Yearwood, 23, on Jan 3 and charged her with violating a domestic protective order that was set against her. 

Then the Twitter handle @CharlotteMugs, which is associated with the local paper Charlotte Observer, got wind of Shia's pic and tweeted it out for the world to see. 

But you know how we are! We weren't pressed about her crime, WE WANTED TO KNOW WHO DID HER HAIR!!!

Hey, it's called priorities!

Shia saw the questions and comments and swiftly responded to let everyone know that her perfect box braids and laid baby hairs were done via HERSELF!

And then the questions started flooding in...and Shia was here to answer them.
