WTF?! Florida Man High on Flakka Tries Breaking Into Jail to Visit Friends
Man, that drug Flakka that's taking over Florida, we don't want any parts of it! It's making people do CUH-RAZY shit. Remember the guy who got high on Flakka -- also known as the $5 insanity drug -- and tried to have sex with a tree?!

Well, add another one to the "What the Flakka" ridicu-list. This time, a man so stoned on the drug decided to slam his car into the Indian County, Florida jail... so he could visit his friends inside.
When that didn't work, Patrick Rempe tried climbing the barbed wire fence... but his ass got stuck!
