Christmas in America is all about tradition! What does YOUR family cook? For many Americans the day is filled with ham, turkey, potatoes, casseroles and all the deliciousness that comes from the kitchen. 

Have you ever wondered what Christmas looks like around the globe? 

Families across the world have their own traditions, just as we have ours. But we rarely see them!  Since our U.S. Christmas feast is much less rigid than Thanksgiving (where if you don't have a turkey, at least one family member is talking about it behind your back), it's a great time to experiment with some of these bold, unique flavors from around the globe.
