We are so thankful for our black TV dads as they were everything we could ever want. From the beginning in a time when we didn't have TV role mo, these dads were important to see on television. They showed us the love they had for their kids in their own unique ways.

 Either through tough love or by just being a listening ear, they always had their kids’ backs, biological or not. When times were hard to when when times were good, they were there to console and to celebrate.

We’re just going to go ahead and claim them as our dads’ too, and that’s that. We could never get too much advice and too much love, and so boom, there it is. They have fathered the world.
