They say the truth will set you free, so let’s start this out with a little dose of it. Did you know that while most people make some form of a New Year’s resolution, a whopping 80 percent of individuals quit following through before Valentine’s Day?
There are probably all sorts of reasons why. The top two that come to mind is 1) If you have to wait until New Year’s Day to start — or stop — doing something, that sounds like a procrastination issue and 2) The resolutions themselves may seem a bit boring or can even be something that you won’t see results with for months to come.
