So, I'm not going to lie. I like the idea of having all the ingredients I need to make a sandwich. But, I'd never want those ingredients to be stored

in a can. How fresh can that sandwich bread really be if it's been inside a can for a hot minute?

While it's great that this brown bread is 99% fat free, I still wouldn't trust it coming out of a can. I mean, honestly, would you push a loaf of bread from a

can and then eat it?

Does this not make you feel sick??? Precooked, freeze dried scrambled eggs WITH BACON is the most disgusting thing I've ever heard. 

A cheeseburger. In a can. So this is either the best thing that's ever existed or the worst thing that's ever existed. I can't tell. 

I don't think these crickets are disgusting specifically because of the can ("gourmet-style crickets" is already a foul idea), but the can definitely doesn't help. 

Again with the insects! Why the hell are people so interested in eating bugs in a can?! What a time to be alive!

Let me start by saying, I don't eat bacon. So maybe bacon in a can would sound delicious if I was a bacon enthusiast. But I'm not, so I can't relate to this

at all. 

Would you eat a canned platypus? I would have to be stranded on a desert island for weeks before I even considered eating a duck-billed furry mammal from a can.

Potato salad from a can? Foul. Potato salad is already one of those dishes that you have to be careful about what temperature you leave it in, so there's absolutely

no way I'd eat it from a can that's probably been sitting in warm temperatures for far too long. 

Ready to eat in 60 seconds? Nope. I don't trust anything that happens that quickly.

I guess I shouldn't be surprised REI sells canned lasagna with meat sauce and maybe if I was spending a couple nights in the woods I'd consider eating this. But thankfully, I'm

not spending time in the woods soooo canned lasagna with meat sauce will never be a part of my journey. 

Tamales are AMAZING when they're made fresh (by someone who knows how to make tamales). Not from a can. 

What the hell is unicorn meat? I don't think I'd eat anything with "unicorn" in the name (just sounds a little artificial for me) but I definitely wouldn't eat it

from a can*. I don't care how colorful that can is.

So, these canned french fries would probably taste the same as a french fries coming from a bag. But if that's the case, why wouldn't I (and everyone else for

that matter) opt for the bag? Exactly!

The pork brains is disgusting, but the added milk gravy is what really makes my stomach turn. 

I know this might not be the most disgusting canned food, but there's just no point in eating pineapple from a can. If you're looking for a tasty fruit, cut

up some damn fresh pineapple from an actual pineapple!

Canned lunch meat just sounds nasty, doesn't it?

Sooo what exactly makes frog legs from a can "gourmet"? Gourmet means best of the best, right? Right. I don't think I'd put frog legs under the "gourmet" category. 

How can the chicken already be fried in the can? And more importantly, why is chicken spelled "chik'n" like that? Does that mean it's fake chicken...?

I really just can't get behind this whole meat in a can thing. And adding gravy to the mix is just way too much for me. 

Imagine opening up that can and eating the beans and meat looking objects inside of it...And what are those big chunks? Tater-tots???

Supposedly, reindeer meat is actually really good for you in terms of omega-3s. But I still wouldn't eat it from a can. Not to mention, canned reindeer meat is kind

of pricey (around $30 a can). No, thanks. 

Can you believe people actually drink horse milk like this? Oh, I'm sorry, not horse milk...powdered horse milk. I really hope this product was meant for baby horses and not

for consumption by humans.

This canned "dessert" seems like a dare. Like it was made for someone to be dared to eat it for $20 bucks.

I'm confused as to why an adult would want mushy, cooked dry peas. But I'm more confused as to why someone would buy mushy, cooked dry peas when they could

just make peas and then mush them themselves, like the Brits. 

Not only should canned Snickers not exist, but they should definitely not exist in a can with tomato sauce. My god! What is wrong with people?!

NEVER should cake come from a can! I don't care how tasty that is when baked, I don't want my cake being scooped up from a can the same way someone can

scoop out tuna.

If I'm going to eat cheese (which I can't really do), that cheese is going to be from a refrigerated case at the store. It will not be from a

can. Period. 

I used to babysit this kid whose parents always wanted me to make him Spaghetti Os from a can. I did. But I felt horrible doing so because it just seemed so

lazy and like I was feeding that kid some false food. But he ate it and he's still living so I guess it's okay.

This only exists in Thailand (that I know of) and I think that explains everything. It's a little too exotic for me but everywhere has its unique flavors.

I really wanted this to be a joke, but this is not a joke! The tongues of innocent baby lambs can actually be purchased in a can for your eating

pleasure, but it absolutely won't be for mine.
