6 Great Reasons To Drink More Herbal Tea

There is so much conflicting information about coffee. 

On one hand, many health professionals recommend drinking it because it can up your fiber intake, reduce muscle pain and soreness, decrease your chances of having Type 2 diabetes, Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease as well as depression. And, if you drink it black, it can even lower your chances of having periodontal disease.

On the other hand, there are also lots of reports indicating that coffee can lead to insomnia, mood swings, a tank in your blood pressure and (thanks to the caffeine that’s in it), it can also become addictive.

Are we saying to never have any joe? No. But what we are saying is that a drink that comes with a lot less risks and side effects is herbal tea. You might want to consider using it as an alternative on some days.
