Now that Pretty Little Liars has wrapped, Troian Bellisario has been focusing on herself. In December, she married Suits star Patrick J. Adams, and together they enjoyed a long, and well-deserved, honeymoon.

Troian chatted with The Cut's Lisa Ryan about all the changes in her life, and even opened up about that inspiring mental health PSA, in which she talks about her battle with anorexia nervosa.

Wellness is an important part of Troian's life and she shared some key ways that she tries to maintain her health and keep her life balanced when work gets in the way.
