Unless you’re someone who loves being out in cold weather (and some people do), it doesn’t matter if you work out three times a week or exercising is like pulling teeth…this is the time of year when you struggle the most. From the freezing temperatures to all of the holiday foods, nothing tempts us to take a few weeks off from our workout regimen quite like the winter season does.
Our advice? Push through it. If you remain committed to staying in shape, you won’t have to work nearly as hard at getting spring and summer season ready.
