If you’re anything like us, the first week of the New Year is when you’re out stocking up on things that will help you to stick to all of the resolutions that you’ve made. Well, by the time you finish reading this, we hope we’ve convinced you to add essential oils to your shopping list!

Aside from how absolutely wonderful they smell, there are a lot of health benefits that come with using them. Some provide antioxidant protection. Others help increase blood circulation.
