You want to know before you start what kind of boss you are going to have. Being close to employees shows that the boss is more approachable and easier to

get along with. Chances are this will make working there easier.

This is another chance to gauge the type of person your potential boss is. You will gain insight into what they value and get an inside look into the day

to day work at the business. You might even realize there’s something about the work day that means you’re no longer interested in the position.

Do you want to work with stiff, awkward employees who don’t speak or would you rather get kind of chummy with your coworkers? The choice is yours, but knowing whether

or not the staff is friendly with one another will help you make the right decision.

You don’t really get an idea of the business until you meet who you’ll be working with. You might decide right then and there that this isn’t the place for

you. Alternatively, you could meet a new BFF before you even land the position.
