Gallery: A Zumba Instructor with Down Syndrome? YES! Three Reasons We Love This Inspiring Story
Fitness is for EVERY body of EVERY ability! We could scream from the top of our lungs louder how much we love this if we tried! Fitness Magazine recently told the story of Yulissa Arescurenaga, a 24-year old woman who recently started teaching Zumba classes. The kicker? Yulissa has Down Syndrome. Ever since her first class in 2008, this dynamic young woman has been obsessed with the dance-based fitness style.
