We really don't who gave him false talking points, but it didn't work against Jay-Z and it doesn't work now. 

Yes, Black unemployment is low, but it's BEEN going down

since President Obama was in office. Under Obama, it dropped from 12.7% to 7.8%. It has ONLY dropped from 7.8% to 6.8% under Trump. That's only a one percent

decrease under #45. 

Instead of bragging, how about join us in saying #ThanksObama.

While folks like Congresswoman Maxine Waters refused to attend, there were members of the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) that rolled up in there looking like "Black Panther" African Royalty. 

Apparently, they rocked Kente

cloth to protest Trump’s comments where he called African nations and Haiti “shithole countries.”

BURN!!!

Y'all know Trump loves to have one Black person he can use to prove that he isn't racist...and the SOTU was no different. 

Of the many people he invited, he

made sure to call out Corey Adams, a welder from Ohio who claims that he and his were able to become first-time homeowners in 2017 thanks to Trump.  

We don't

think it's a coincidence that Corey's race played a role in being the only guest called out. 

But nice try #45, but we not falling for it...and Corey, you're stuck

in the Sunken Place for all that grinning you were doing. 

For someone who doesn't even know the words to the National Anthem, President Trump sure is pressed about who stands for it and who kneels. 

On Tuesday, he

couldn't resist throwing shade on the mostly Black players who chose to protest. 

While praising a young man, who was his guest, Trump said, “Preston’s reverence for those who have served

our nation reminds us why we salute our flag, why we put our hands on our hearts for the Pledge of Allegiance, and why we proudly stand for the national

anthem.”

Whatever dude, we kneel to stand for our rights. #BlackLivesMatter

California Sen. Kamala Harris had a hard time finding something nice to say about #45's speech. In fact, she was not here for his "irresponsible" comments about DREAMERS and illegal

immigrants in this country. According to her, he was lumping all of them with dangerous gangbanging killers.

 "MS-13 is an example of some of the worst criminal gang behavior," but, "to

equate that with DREAMers and DACA was completely irresponsible, and it was scapegoating and it was fear-mongering and it was wrong," she said. 

You can tell she was not having

any of this! This is exactly why we hope she'll run in 2020!

Look...a lot of folks opted out from the nonsense, and instead may have been watching CW's new hit show, "Black Lightning."

It was trending on Twitter, and despite the SOTU

being on almost every major network, "Black Lightning's" ratings were up from last week with a whopping 2.2 million people tuning in. 

And why not? I'd rather watch Black

superheroes taking charge, than watch the man supposedly in charge depress me. 

No matter how much Trump tries to be better than Former President Obama, it just isn't possible, especially with his SOTU speech.
