American's Life Expectancy Is Dropping -- How To Change That

Welp. We have good news and bad news. Let’s go with the bad news first. According to a recent CDC report, life expectancy within the United States has fallen for the first time since the AIDS epidemic hit in 1993. Currently, it is 78.8 years. Something else to keep in mind is that the death rate has slightly increased too from 724.6 deaths per 100,000 standard population in 2014 to 733.1 in 2015.

Is that a huge cause for panic? Not necessarily. But if you’re like us, we’re pretty sure you want to do all that you can to get as much out of this life as possible. 

If you want to be someone who defies these statistics and lives to see much more than 79 years, here are some things that you can do to add more time to your clock---starting today.
