Here's some facts to prove our point: an adult male sloth claims a territory of 1.5 to 2 acres and patrols it nightly. They are also great swimmers (there used to be a species of sloth that lived in water). Sloths are also sweet-natured and infants that have lost their mothers cling closely to a human caregiver.
