Gallery: Chrissy Teigen Just Owned Up To Getting This Unusual Plastic Surgery Procedure

Chrissy Teigen always looks like a flawless natural beauty, so when she recently confessed to getting some extensive plastic surgery, we were all 😱 😳 🤔.

"Everything about me is fake except my cheeks," she told beauty editors at a Los Angeles event in early May. "Fake, fake, fake."

Chrissy also said she'd gotten her "armpits sucked out" about nine years ago, which was "one of the best things I've ever done." 

As it turns out, the 31-year-old Sports Illustrated hottie was actually joking about getting all those procedures... well, most of them. That armpit lipo stuff was very, very real.

"It's a big secret, but I don't care," she explained. "(Armpit liposuction) added two inches of length to my arms. It was so easy; it made me feel better in strapless dresses and made me more confident. It was the dumbest, stupidest thing I've ever done, but I like it, whatever."

Besides armpit lipo, there's only one other procedure Chrissy has undergone, as she revealed on Twitter: Botox in her jaw muscle "to relieve tension from constantly clinching" due to Trump-related stress.
