"I have had breast implants, but it's so funny 'cause it's not a secret, I could care less," Kourt told Nightline in a 2010 interview.

The 26-year-old Aussie rapper opened up about her breast augmentation in an interview with E! News last spring.

"I love them so much I had to talk about them,"

Iggy said. "I'd feel better not to have some secret. It's much freer to say it and then you don't have to worry someone will dig it up."

The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star has always kept things real when it comes to plastic surgery. On a June 2016 episode of Watch What Happens Live, for instance, she told

host Andy Cohen about her second nose job: “It was a real medical reason why I had to get it done again," she said. "My cartilage was going in my nose

and the tip of my nose was touching my lip when I smiled."

NeNe also promised Andy that she'll always "give it to you straight" when it comes to plastic

surgery: "I got my nose done because I can, and I will, and I will get it done again if I want to, okay?”

Ms. Rowland got a boob job when she was 28 — but according to The Daily Mail, she was itching to go under the knife years earlier.

their advice and waited 10 years."

This past December, the Big Bang Theory star told Women's Health that her boob job was the "best thing I ever did!"

The 19-year-old Modern Family star went from a 32F to a 34D via breast reduction surgery in June 2015.
