There are few things Donald Trump adores more than Twitter.

"Happy to have just passed 1.3M Twitter followers," he tweeted back in 2012. "Love communicating with everyone daily."

"I love Twitter," he proclaimed later that same year. "it's like owning your own newspaper--- without the losses."

Trump spent years tweeting recklessly to his heart's content — he was just another American citizen up until last year, after all. But now that he's in office, a lot of his old posts are under some serious scrutiny.
