Sometimes you have to wonder how design fails even come to be. Is it because someone in their art department really had no clue things were going wrong, or are they just wonderful mistakes that make us laugh? Laugh and often times question what is going on in the world. Dirty Santa Claus, bathrooms that leave you with a headache, and more. Whether or not the following design fails were intentional or not, one thing is for sure about them all. You will laugh or squirm where you stand looking at every single one of them.
