If you listen to statistics on divorce, you’ve probably heard that the probability of your marriage going the distance is basically a coin toss (50/50). We’re a bit more optimistic than that. 

Ask any couple who’s got a few years under their belt and they’ll tell you that people don’t just fall in and out of love. Every day, husbands and wives make a choice to love one another, to remain committed and to make their marriage work. But that’s just the thing. In order for a marriage to succeed, you both have to be willing to put in continuous effort.

Sometimes marriages suffer because one or both partners overlook things that their spouse needs. Hopefully, this list will help you and yours to establish an even closer to connection and remind you about why you said “I do” and “for better or for worse” on your wedding day. So that you can avoid being a divorce statistic and instead, continual to enjoy marital bliss.
