Do This One Thing Daily & You Are Bound To Have Happier Relationship

When you’re happy, we’re happy. That’s why we devote a lot of our time looking for tips on how to have the best relationship ever. Take this article we read on Bustle’s website. When they asked an expert about the one thing couples need to do on a daily basis in order to improve the quality of their relationship, here’s what the expert said:

“One thing that people should do nightly with their mate is genuinely spend time with them," Alexis Nicole White, relationship expert and author of The Covered tells Bustle. "Offer them unhindered and uninterrupted personal time where you can communicate, watch TV, cook dinner and/or make love. Whatever your choice is, just please put the phones down; shut the computer off and tune into your mate."

It might sound obvious, but think about it. How often do you and yours eat together? When’s the last time you sat on the same couch without a laptop? Do you ever go to sleep with ALL electronics off (cell phone included)? Quality time is just that---tuning out the rest of the world so that you can solely focus on each other. Not all of the time, but at least for a few minutes, every single day (if you’re out town, FaceTime or Skype).

We gave this some thought. What are some other things that couples can do to keep their relationship on the right track? Here are some suggestions that came to mind.
