Winter is fast approaching. What comes with winter? The holidays. Christmas, Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, and everything in between. That means on top of seeing your long-lost cousin or listening to holiday jingles, you're about to face the age-old dilemma of whether or not to over-indulge on hams, turkey, potato latkes, doughnuts or grandma's signature pies.
