Did you know there are proven reasons why getting 6-8 hours of rest each night can make you look better?

While you’re sleeping, the levels of collagen in your body increase. Sleep rejuvenates your skin so that fine lines will appear softer. Sleep also helps to lighten dark circles under your eyes, and decreases your levels of stress. A relaxed woman is automatically a more attractive one! Unfortunately, two in five Americans don't get seven or more hours of shut eye every night. That means they are sleep-deprived. We don’t want you to be one of them, but there’s a high chance you might be.
