We know how it is. Some months, it’s hard enough to try and pay the rent and your car note, let alone finding the money to go out on a date. But if you’re in a relationship and you want to keep it happy and healthy, spending time together should be seen as a necessity. Because it is.

Romance is about more than the stuff that happens in chick flicks (because really, who has that kind of money or time?!). It’s about investing into one another so that you can emotionally bond and (hopefully) physically connect.

But what do you do when your heart is in the right place, but your wallet isn’t? Romance can be quality and still come cheap. It’s all about being creative. And willing. And consistent.
