The Danish Twin study established something startling, and pretty empowering. Did you know that only 10% of your life expectancy is due to your genes, or what your mom and dad gave ya? That leaves a whopping 90% left to determine if you live another 20 or 80 years. It's all in your control, or 90% of it, at least. Here are some ways that have been scientifically-proven to help you maximize your lifespan.
Studies have shown that you can count on your body and mind being good for around 90 years, perhaps a bit more for women, however, the average life expectancy today is 78 years of age, well below 100, or 90, for that matter. How do we bridge that gap, and cross it?
