We have all seen those Orbit commercials where a man eats a very garlicky pasta and goes in to kiss his date. The Orbit girl appears and says, "Dirty mouth? Clean it up!" He takes the gum, and magically his breath and oral hygiene are miraculously fixed. 

While gum is a temporary reprieve from the horrors of bad breath, check out what you can do to improve your oral hygiene and be free of a "dirty mouth."
