Ovulatory disorder is something that should concern you if you're trying to get pregnant. It’s one of the reasons why women who appear to be healthy still have a hard time conceiving. After much research, some medical professionals have discovered that what can increase the chances of having this disorder is a lack of physical activity, and also having a poor diet.

In fact, there is actually something called the “fertility diet”. What’s that? It’s a list of foods that you should eat that can decrease your chances of having ovulatory disorder by as much as 69%. A proper fertility diet consists of eating more plant protein, healthy fats, upping your iron intake and drinking whole (not skim) milk and plenty of water.
