What are you good at? What comes naturally to you? What makes you feel alive? Whatever it is, that's where your gifts and talents lie! Your time is precious. It

should be invested into your talents, as opposed to things you just do to make money. 

If you have a job that you, for the most part, like but your hours don't allow you to focus on your inner passions—that's a problem. Remember, when you’re working for someone

else, you’re helping them build their dreams. Don’t you think some of your waking hours should be spent building your own? 

Some people, who hate their job, are able to stay because of their perspective. They look at their place of employment as a way to fund their dreams. Smart. Whether

you like your job or not, it’s important to put away a few dollars each paycheck towards your purpose. 

If it’s to start a website, put that money towards hiring

a web designer. If you want to do more traveling, put that money towards your next plane ticket. Wanna take some dance or art classes? That’s where your money can

go. 

Investing into your purpose is about putting time, energy, and resources into it. Your employer is getting what they want out of you. Get some of what you need

out of them, too.

All of us have moments when we’re physically tired. That’s not what we’re talking about here. We’re saying that if you’re constantly drained—physically and emotionally, to the point where all

you really do on your off time is sleep or crash on the couch, something is imbalanced.
