Gallery: Never Had a (Vaginal) Orgasm? Try These Tips!
Orgasms are something everyone wants to have. But if you asked 50 people to explain what they are, maybe 1/3 could scientifically break them down. Basically, orgasms are the climaxes that happen during sexual activity. To get even more specific, a woman’s orgasm is what happens when blood rushes to her vagina (and more specifically her clitoris), nerve and muscle tension builds in her pelvic region and, if all goes well (i.e, she doesn't get distracted), her body releases all of that energy. And that, that is the orgasm.
If you heard that only roughly 25 percent women experience this from intercourse alone, that’s about right. These are the fortunate ones who fall into the “I’ve had a vaginal orgasm” category. If you haven’t had one, but you’re the try-it-until-you-get-it-right kinda gal, there are some things you can try to increase your chances.
Give ‘em a shot and please report back. We’d like to get those numbers up if at all possible!
