With every new year comes a cascade of resolutions waiting to be broken. Most of them having to do with the gym and losing weight. Losing weight isn't the worst thing in the world, but it doesn't always have to be the number one thing you feel like you have to change about your life. There are a million and one other ways you can go about turning your life around for the better and these New Year's resolutions are just that! They focus on changing who are you into the best version of you and they have absolutely nothing to do with working out whatsoever.
