Gallery: Trump's Vatican Meeting With The Pope Could Not Have Been More Uncomfortable

In case you missed it, Pope Francis met President Donald Trump at the Vatican Wednesday. 

While their meeting wasn't a complete disaster — no one threatened nuclear war or spilled top-secret information to the Russians, heyyy! — it didn't look like a ton of fun for either party. 

It all started when the Pope cracked a fat joke as he greeted Trump and the First Lady.

"What do you give him to eat, potika?" the Pope asked Melania, referring to an Eastern European pastry. Yikes x 1,000,000.

Then the Pope gifted Trump — a climate-change denier — a signed copy of his 2015 encyclical on protecting the environment from climate change.

You may be shady, but are you Pope-level shady?

Finally, Donald, Melania, and Ivanka Trump posed for a photo with the Pope, who looked... less than enthused to be there.

It's been a long day.
