Peppers that are roasted on the barbecue and then steamed in their own heat make cleaning off the skin super easy and taking out the seeds even easier! When you have them deliciously roasted you can marinade them to make a cold salad, add them to soups and stews, chop them up and blend them into hummus, or make fabulous soups and stews.
