What time do you go to bed? What time does your partner? If it’s rare that you turn in at the same time, you might want to rethink that. Recently, Slate published an article entitled “Drifting Off with Your Honey Is the Best Part of Partnered Life” and it got us to thinking.

What are all of the benefits of not just sleeping together, but literally sleeping together?

The article shares some great points. We’ve added a few more to the list. Hopefully it will convince you to at least get on the kind of sleep schedule where the two of you can turn in at least a couple of times, at the same time, this week.
