For all the hours we watched the Disney Channel as kids — and as adults, TBH — we don't really know a whole lot about what the shows were like behind the scenes. Someone's got to have offered Miley Cyrus big money for her tell-all memoir by now, right?

In mid-November, though, someone FINALLY came through and spilled the beans on one of the most iconic parts of early-2000s Disney Channel: THE PROMOS.
