And, the thought of spending time with your family members and friends seems a lot more appealing than hanging out in the gym.
Here’s the good news. Taking a couple of days off from your workout schedule will not really make or break you. If you’ve been exercising regularly, your body’s metabolism will kick back into gear once you get back to your regular routine. The problem is that one day can easily turn into a week (or two), and you don’t need to fall into that rut.
