So, what IS the difference between shepherd's pie and cottage pie? Think of it this way: shepherd's watch lambs, and folks in cottages are more likely to have a cow or two around... catch our drift?

The British are famous for this delicious mash-up of meats and vegetables so they feature strongly in our videos about these pies. Americans, on the other hand, often can't wrap their brains around the differences, so sometimes you get an awesomely delicious recipe that is misnamed. But we forgive them!
