Not all of us are chefs. To be quite honest with you, I'm still unable to properly boil oatmeal on the stove without it coming out too runny or too hard. #thestruggle

Cooking is hard. There's just so much that can go wrong when you're dealing with a ton of ingredients, pots, and pans. It's no wonder people have some epic fails in the kitchen. 

My mom almost burnt the house down cooking pasta. And she's a professional cook (well, she used to cook professionally... she's not exactly Emeril). 

But you know what? Let me stop judging my mother's kitchen fails and put my attention on judging the kitchen fails of these people on social media. Lulz.
