Madagascar is a beautiful island country to the east of Africa. Though it's technically isolated, that hasn't stopped it from developing a rich and diverse culture blessed with an amazing variety of seafood. But they don't stop there, they also lean strongly towards beef of the zebu variety.
The hump of the zebu is used in recipes as a specialty ingredient but there are also massive Madagascar shrimp, chicken, and lots of rice as the staple foods of the region.
