Water is the key to so many of our problems. If we're feeling tired and need energy, have headaches, get body aches, or are having digestive problems we go to doctors and end up on medication to solve these issues. Most of the time the real problem is that we aren't drinking enough water. While the recommended amount is drinking eight glasses of water a day, most of us barely drink half of that and are chronically dehydrated. And admittedly drinking water is boring, so why not add some flavor to your water to make it taste better?
