One of the models in this year's Victoria's Secret Fashion Show walked the runway while *pregnant* with her first child — and we bet you didn't even notice!

Thirty-year-old Irina Shayk, a Russian stunner who's married to actor Bradley Cooper, casually made her VSFS debut with a second trimester baby bump that was carefully hidden by her sexy ensembles.
