Gallery: This Woman Almost Rented A Haunted House And It Sounds Creepy AF
Have you ever been in a haunted house?
I don't mean the kind that amusement parks set up around Halloween where college kids are hired to dress up as zombies and chase you around.
I mean a certifiably creepy, something-bad-definitely-happened-here, why-does-that-door-keep-opening-on-its-own kind of haunted house.
I haven't — and as someone who's afraid of ghosts and gets jumpy just from being in the dark, I hope to keep it that way.

In a series of events she documented on Twitter, Cole and her husband went to a house showing in Louisville, Kentucky back in May 2017. What started out as an innocent visit to a little bungalow — or, in her words, a "cute older house" — quickly revealed some undeniably sinister (or, at the very least, inexplicable) details.
I, for one, would have high-tailed it out of there. Fortunately, Cole was so taken with some of the more charming details of the home that she continued her tour of the home, and more fortunately still, her husband was along to raise some serious questions. Keep reading to find out more!
