Buying furniture can be a pain. That's why we usually walk away with a set. It all matches, it all comes together, it's all good. Well, not if you're looking

to be more like Monica. Her furniture was all over the place. All brown wood, but variations of color throughout the living room gave her space a less uniform look

and more personal feel. It was like each piece had its own story to tell.

Reclaimed wood was not very big back when "Friends" aired, but if it was, Monica probably would have had at least one piece made out of it in her eclectic

While a tiny end table is typically only useful to hold your drink while you are watching TV, this side table has the extra practicality of featuring a drawer! Considering

how much of perfectionist Monica was when it came to organization, we are pretty sure she'd approve.

Monica didn't just play with wood pieces, she also had glass tables as well. So you can always toss one of those into the mix. Especially if it's as eye-catching

as this terrarium table.

Having absolutely nothing on your walls should be a crime! Who wants to live in a home that's such a bore? Not you and definitely not Monica. From French-inspired art

to light sconces, she had some of the best wall accents.

One of the most noticeable things about Monica's place was that she was a fan of French decor. The great thing about finding prints in French is that you don't

Monica had a pair of the masks known in theater as Drama and Comedy. They were gold and popped on her purple wall. You can always get your own pair,

Despite having that famous big window in her living room, Monica's apartment featured no shortage of other light fixtures. She had a variety of lamps all over the place.

One has to wonder if it was Monica's seating area that made her friends always feel so welcomed. While everything else had this random-yet-curated antique vibe to it, the sitting

furniture in the living room looked like it existed to be comfy. If you're in the market to get this aesthetic with new furniture, have your own friends over for

Opting for a more neutral tone when it comes to your couch allows for it to remain mute when it comes to the color that surrounds it. If you're going
