A few years ago CBS had a show with almost the same premise as this one, only it had a gay man in a super Irish-Catholic family in Boston instead

of a gay teen in Chicago. CBS' take was hilarious but it didn't last a full season, so it seemed like The Real O'Neals had done something right changing the

age and locale. Not so much, after two seasons ABC decided to pull the plug. Bummer too, it was not only funny but always had a parade of amazing guest

stars week to week including Lance Bass, RuPaul and much more iconic faces from the LGBTQ community.

This show won the network awards and they still didn't show this anthology series any love this year. Regina King took home like four awards for her roles on this

show, including a freaking Emmy. Still? No love. ABC is kind of cruel, aren't they?

ABC also got rid of Dr. Ken starring Ken Jeong. While it garnered a buzz, it wasn't enough to save it from sitcom death.

A show about the first woman to land in Major League Baseball was kind of a hard sell over at Fox when it started out, but slowly it earned itself

a little following and soon enough fans were in love. Now we're left forever wondering what would've been as it will never see the light of day again. Plus, we're

really sad Mark-Paul Gosselaar AKA Zack Morris is without a job again.

Speaking of hotties we won't see on Fox anymore. Can we just have a moment of silence for the lack of Morris Chestnut on TV screens this fall?

Guilty pleasure as hell, we are extremely saddened that one of the 34 Ryan Murphy shows out there was taken away from us. RIP you cheeky little show!

Where will we get our fill of Kat Dennings' sarcasm now?

Not on a major network, but definitely a hilarious sitcom that surprised a lot of people by lasting six seasons. It got an eviction notice to make room for the

Black-ish spin off that’ll follow Yara Shahidi as she heads off to college. Freeform claims they didn’t have enough money to make both work. Okay, whatever.

This one is not gone, but Fox did kind of give it and fans a backhanded compliment with its final season. We'll get one more season consisting of eight episodes

next season. Cool Fox, NOT!
