In case you weren’t aware, American health & fitness is sort of a joke to the rest of the world. And with a McDonalds on every corner and the most confusingly expensive medical care on the planet, it's hard to argue with them.

In this study, America placed just No. 33 out of the 170+ countries ranked, even though we spend the 3rd-most per person on healthcare. Womp womp.
