If you’re reading this, chances are you fall into one of two categories. You’re either wondering if you are “the loud friend” or you already know who the loud one is and you’re looking for tips on how to break the news to her. Gently. Well, kinda. At least in a way that doesn’t make her want to block you on Instagram.

If you fall into Category B, our two cents is to talk to her privately about what she’s doing. As ironic as it might sound, you’re not gonna get very far putting a loud person on blast. But if you’re wondering if you fall into Category A, keep reading. By the time you hit #3, your suspicions should be confirmed. (Don’t get mad. Just take it down a few decibels!)
