Quiz: Damn Gina! 'Martin' Celebrates 25th Anniversary, How Well Do You Remember The Show?
Twenty-five years ago this week, one of the funniest sitcoms of all time premiered on Fox and introduced a wider audience to the genius that is Martin Lawrence.
"Martin" lasted for five seasons before it was ultimately canceled in 1997, but younger generations have since found it through syndication on cable and home video and have fallen in love with Gina, Tommy, Cole, Pam, and Martin and all of the characters that he played.

If there's a list of the best 90s sitcoms or the best Black sitcoms of all-time and Martin isn't on it, then you should never trust that publication ever again. The comedy on the show was next level from the first episode to the last, but there were also really deep moments that made you say, "Damn Gina!"
"You felt the energy, realness, and fun, Martin Lawrence said about the show in a recent interview. "The audience didn’t just laugh, but it’s how they laughed. They weren’t only laughing, they were stomping and roaring. Just to feel all of that energy we were getting was beautiful." He also took to social media to thank the fans who made the legendary show what it was 25 years ago.
In honor of the 25th anniversary, we crafted a quiz to see just how much you love Martin and how well you know the episodes. Lowest score gets a visit from Old Man Ackerman tonight.
